Steve Neck Wrap

Do a steve with an extra spin on the neck and use that extra spin to get round your throat (giving the staff a little pinch with your shoulder and chin gives it more momentum). Lean to the right to allow the staff to pivot back round to the back of your neck and finnish the steve.
